Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and use appropriate PPE.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through dedicated work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
