San Francisco, California is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our vital logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling of goods, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. We need individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of workplace safety. Your contributions will directly impact the speed and accuracy of our operations. You will be expected to follow all operational procedures and collaborate effectively with your colleagues to meet demanding daily objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, using appropriate lifting methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Support the overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- Perform duties that require regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing for long hours. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Reliability and punctuality are critical.
