Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Inspect products for any defects or discrepancies prior to packing.
- Package items carefully and securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records through diligent scanning.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to manage frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure.
