Responsibilities:
- Select and gather products based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and tracking.
- Ensure the packing station is clean and well-organized.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
