We're looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our team in Provo, Utah! This role is central to our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will be picking items from our warehouse shelves, carefully packing them to prevent damage, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to providing excellent service through timely fulfillment. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment and expect strict adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct use of PPE. Join us and become a key part of our logistics team!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment.
- Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all policies.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
