Our state-of-the-art facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking skilled Warehouse Technicians. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various warehouse equipment, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. This role requires technical aptitude, a strong focus on Safety, and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. You will play a key part in optimizing our warehouse operations and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of goods.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Use required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Must be able to handle tasks involving Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a warehouse technician or in a similar role.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
