Join our fast-paced logistics team as an Order Picker in Miami, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment. This role is vital to our customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment of all orders. You will be operating within a busy warehouse environment and will play a key part in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving to dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our ability to serve our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before staging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and a commitment to following them.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
