This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying against orders.
- Put away stock into designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Be prepared for regular **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure the integrity of our **Logistics** supply chain.
- Promote a **Safety**-first culture.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Capable of performing **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with **PPE** and warehouse **safety** procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible schedules. Understanding of **logistics** principles is beneficial. Must prioritize **safety**.
