Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, confirming against purchase orders.
- Properly store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles, ensuring secure transport.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Knowledge of safe Lifting techniques and warehouse safety protocols.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and following safety guidelines diligently.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with forklift operation is a significant advantage.
- Excellent punctuality and a reliable work ethic are essential for this logistics role.
