Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipments within the logistics workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed orders.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to team goals.
- Ensure proper handling of all merchandise to prevent damage.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product information.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
