Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort orders for shipment
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper stocking
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials within the facility
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Meet or exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous
- Physical capability to perform tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
