Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all company safety guidelines and the proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position demands physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, and lifting throughout your shift in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Your contribution is vital to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics network. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Meet established performance standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
