We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficient movement of goods and play a vital part in our logistics chain. The ideal candidate is physically fit, diligent, and committed to maintaining a secure and organized workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and organize storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and physical activity.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of PPE.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with proper PPE usage.
