We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a range of duties from receiving and stocking goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual lifting equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Follow instructions and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Report any safety concerns or operational issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
