You will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing workflow, and ensuring that all **logistics** functions are performed to the highest standards. Key duties include:
- Supervising and directing the activities of warehouse associates.
- Coordinating the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensuring adherence to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, ensuring **PPE** is used correctly.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Training new employees on warehouse procedures and **Safety** protocols.
- Collaborating with management and other departments to meet operational goals.
