We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our busy logistics hub in Houston, Texas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Your attention to detail will ensure that orders are picked correctly, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be tasked with locating specified products, verifying quantities, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. This is a physically active role that requires stamina, speed, and precision. You will work within our warehouse environment, adhering strictly to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and vests. The ability to navigate the warehouse efficiently and manage your time effectively is key. Occasional lifting of items up to 40 pounds will be necessary. We are looking for reliable individuals who are self-motivated and work well within a team. Training on our order management system and specific picking procedures will be provided. This position is integral to our logistics process, ensuring that products reach our customers accurately and on schedule. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area is expected.
