Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Perform duties involving repetitive lifting and must adhere to proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics environment is desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Capability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly, demonstrating proficiency in lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
