Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize products within the distribution center.
- Pick orders based on customer requirements with speed and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Follow all company Safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Awareness of Safety procedures and practices in a warehouse setting.
