Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping partners.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area according to company standards.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all established logistics procedures and documentation requirements.
- Participate in team efforts to meet or exceed operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including RF scanners.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
