Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. You will perform tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carriers and assist with loading processes.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and cycle counting.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards, following all safety guidelines.
  • Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand product labels, order forms, and shipping documents.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is critical.
  • Familiarity with general logistics concepts is a plus.
