As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping them out to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling a variety of warehouse duties, ensuring that all orders are processed correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and other equipment.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company safety guidelines.
  • Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Replenish stock and ensure product availability on the picking lines.
  • Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Capability of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of general logistics principles.
