Job Summary:
Join our thriving fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that customer orders are processed correctly and delivered on time. Understanding warehouse procedures, utilizing scanning technology, and maintaining a clean work environment are key components of this position. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Stage orders for shipping and loading onto delivery trucks.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and the use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning technology.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
