You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide variety of products for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against customer orders.
- Package products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with warehouse standards.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE diligently.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is strongly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs repetitively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear provided PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
