You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order lists or scanning equipment.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other picking equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and meet productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prior experience in picking or packing is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
