Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work orders and inventory instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
