Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Sort and organize merchandise, ensuring proper placement within the distribution center.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items efficiently and accurately.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, minimizing damage during transit.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, following strict Safety guidelines.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, upholding Safety standards.
- Wear and utilize all provided PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Handle goods with care, observing all Lifting best practices.
Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to following PPE requirements.
