Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as part of the fulfillment process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts and replenishment.
- Perform lifting of packages up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and uphold logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail for order picking and packing. Must be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and commitment to using PPE.
