Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation? Our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. This position is vital to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong commitment to quality and speed. You will utilize RF scanners to locate and select items from inventory and then prepare them for shipment using appropriate packaging materials. A good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; therefore, all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
