Join our dynamic warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee, as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics and fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and has a strong sense of urgency. You will be responsible for reading order sheets or requisitions, locating the correct items, and ensuring they are picked accurately and without damage. Experience with RF scanners and order picking equipment is a significant advantage. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively, walk or stand for extended periods, and operate basic warehouse equipment. You will be part of a collaborative team striving for operational excellence. Safety is our highest priority, and all employees must adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Read order sheets or electronic requisitions to determine items to be picked.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment safely.
- Package picked items appropriately for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking quotas and performance targets.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse logistics and order fulfillment.
