In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and ensuring they are carefully packed and prepared for shipment. This position is fundamental to our logistics success, ensuring that our customers receive their products in perfect condition and on time. Responsibilities include using scanning equipment to pick orders, checking items for accuracy, and packing them securely. Our commitment to Safety is paramount, so all employees must strictly follow established protocols and wear the required PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and identify products for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify the quantity and condition of picked items.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and logistics flow.
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle repeated Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, with bending and reaching as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
- Must use provided PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse environments and logistics is helpful.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
