The position requires physical stamina, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and involves extended periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning technology.
- Verify product details and quantities against order documentation.
- Prepare picked items for staging, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
