You will foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring all team members are well-trained and equipped with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You must be comfortable with physical aspects of the warehouse, including occasional moderate Lifting, and ensure the team upholds all safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct daily warehouse activities and personnel.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize workflow and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
