We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety, and all team members must strictly follow established protocols and use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires extended periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and verify items.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the picking areas.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform inventory checks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Good stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
