Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, verify contents, and stock shelves accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated locations.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform frequent lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
