We are looking for reliable and diligent Warehouse Workers to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is foundational to our *Logistics* operations, supporting various tasks within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Your duties will include loading and unloading materials, moving inventory, assisting with order picking and packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent *Lifting* of items up to 50 pounds. A paramount focus on *Safety* is expected; you must follow all established *Safety* protocols and consistently use the required *PPE*. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move inventory throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with order picking and packing processes.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Adhere to all *Safety* guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and maintain required *PPE* at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or *Safety* concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent *Lifting* up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse *Logistics*.
- Commitment to workplace *Safety* and proper use of *PPE*.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
