This role is key to our *Logistics* success, ensuring that every item is picked correctly and packaged safely for delivery. Your duties will include retrieving items from shelves, verifying order accuracy, carefully packing products, and preparing them for shipment. The job involves regular physical activity, including frequent *Lifting* of items up to 40 pounds, and requires standing for extended periods. A strong emphasis on *Safety* is essential; adherence to all *Safety* guidelines and the mandatory use of *PPE* are expected. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Verify items picked against order tickets for accuracy.
- Pack products securely using appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following proper picking procedures.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Follow all *Safety* regulations and procedures.
- Wear the required *PPE* at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate *Lifting* (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse *Logistics*.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace *Safety* and proper *PPE* usage.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
