We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become a vital part of our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the handling and movement of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to Safety is expected, and you will be provided with all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks, including regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and management.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety practices.
