Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety within our logistics environment. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing workflows, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be instrumental in training and motivating your team, fostering a culture of safety, and driving operational excellence. A thorough understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics is essential. We expect our supervisors to set a high standard for performance and safety, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to all lifting guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily activities.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Implement and maintain efficient workflow and operational processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and security procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
  • Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and receiving departments.
  • Optimize space utilization and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Ensure all team members consistently use required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
