Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and on time. The Material Handler will be responsible for operating various warehouse equipment, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
  • Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
  • Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
