Our Detroit, Michigan facility is seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk to be a vital part of our logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage the accurate and timely intake of all incoming shipments. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying received goods against packing slips and purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and processing received inventory into our system. The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding safety standards. This position requires effective communication with suppliers and internal teams, as well as the ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided). You must be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. All employees are expected to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE. This role involves regular Lifting of packages and materials, often weighing up to 50 lbs.
