This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, playing a key role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
