Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Verify shipment contents against order details.
  • Generate shipping labels and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisor.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a culture of safety and efficiency in logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and carrier portals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
