We are hiring enthusiastic Picker/Packers for our Colorado Springs, Colorado location! If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, verifying product information, and carefully packing items for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to our Logistics success and ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will be expected to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift. We provide a supportive team environment and competitive wages. - Accurately picking items from assigned warehouse locations based on order pick lists.
- Verifying product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Packing orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Applying correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Properly using all required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Following all Lifting guidelines and protocols to ensure personal safety.
- Communicating any stock discrepancies or issues to your supervisor.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Logistics team.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
