Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and maintain optimal inventory levels and accuracy.
- Manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Develop and enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
