Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory accurately.
- Load and unload products from trailers and racks.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the reach truck.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including wearing the required PPE.
- Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and contribute to team goals.
- Properly handle lifting and maneuvering of pallets and materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Valid reach truck operator certification is required.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
