Responsibilities:
  • Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory accurately.
  • Load and unload products from trailers and racks.
  • Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the reach truck.
  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including wearing the required PPE.
  • Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and contribute to team goals.
  • Properly handle lifting and maneuvering of pallets and materials.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating a reach truck.
  • Valid reach truck operator certification is required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
