*Job Overview*
Here at Ripe Now we are as passionate about our people as we are about fresh produce. Due to continued company growth, we are looking to recruit a Product Manager for our busy Fresh Produce packing facility in Boston.
With a strong background in fresh produce and a bias towards fruit, the Product Manager (PM) is the business contact for allocated customer requirements, enhancing the business / customers relationship and experience, whilst assisting the operational management team in the day to day running of their customer accounts. The PM is also responsible for, including but not limited to the profitability and costings of accounts whilst recommending improvements within the production processes relating to the relevant customer service level agreement.
The PM is required to actively engage / communicate with their accounts along with Ripe Now staff members to obtain a one team approach, leading by example and help continue moving the business forward by promoting business core values.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage allocated accounts from top to bottom providing regular communication with the customer to manage business needs
* Responsible for the intake procedure of raw material
* Work with Production Supervisors and Production staff to set the quality standards on packing lines
* Responsible for positive release and allocation of fruit to orders ensuring minimum rejections
* Help resolve any stock issues
* Monitor the P&L of allocated accounts and achieve maximum efficiencies
* Ensure concise handovers are communicated to all involved
* Continually review and recommend ways to improve the overall production process
* Offer support to all areas of the business when time allows
* Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
