Facility in Flagstaff, AZ seeking General Rads locums coverage Rates: $400/hr Note: 1 hour unpaid lunch break Opportunity Highlights
  • Fixed Daytime Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. No call required.
  • Work Setting: In-hospital reads only; remote reading is not an option. Coverage is primarily for the Emergency Room (ER).
  • Volume Expectation: Expected to read 70-80 studies per day. (Perm Radiologists average 100 reads/day).
  • Required Procedures: Coverage includes the occasional basic fluoroscopy case as it arises.
  • Duration: Seeking coverage for specific blocks beginning in January 2026.

Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Radiology is REQUIRED.
  • Licensure: Must have an Active Arizona (AZ) license or IMLC at the time of submission. The client is willing to license qualified candidates.
  • Certifications: BLS and DEA are REQUIRED.
  • Skills: Proficiency in General Radiology with an emphasis on ER coverage and comfort with basic fluoroscopy.
