Anesthesiology Physician

Location: Worcester, MA
Specialty: General Anesthesiology (No Cardiac)
Assignment Type: Inpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Schedule:

• Physicians typically start at 7:00 AM (8:00 AM on Wednesdays)

• In-house call may begin at 4:00 PM

• Open to providers seeking ASC-only work

Practice Details:

• Case mix varies by site and may include: general, bariatric, orthopedic (trauma, spine, joint replacement), thoracic, vascular, neurosurgical, ENT, hepatobiliary, urology, IVF, and GYN

• No cardiac anesthesia opportunities

• CRNAs are supervised and do not perform regionals

• Regionals performed by anesthesiologists

Facility Details:

• Multiple hospital and ASC sites

• EMR: EPIC

• No AA s used

• Supervising role with potential for occasional solo cases

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts license required
  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
