Breast Surgery opening in IndianaFull timeSouth Bend & Elkhart, InQualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of post-training clinical experience in breast surgery• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery• Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology• BC/BE in General Surgery• Experience working within a multidisciplinary model, collaborating with medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and radiology• Leadership experience or interest in taking on programmatic or clinical leadership responsibilities• Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teambased healthcare environment• Compassionate, empathic, and a patient-centered approach to careWork Schedule:• One clinic day and one OR day in South Bend• One clinic day and one OR day in Elkhart• One day of community outreach and/or administrative workAbout the CommunityNestled along the St. Joseph River, South Bend is more than just the home of the worldrenowned University of Notre Dame - it's a city where tradition meets transformation.
