Duties **Initial training hours 10.00am - 2.00pm**
processing sales invoices
issuing customer statements and chasing debt
responding to finance queries from customers
reception duties answering incoming calls
assisting with purchase ledger
WHAT EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL TO THE ROLE
Administrative experience gained within a xbpsjku finance function
Credit control and reconciliations knowledge
Processing sales and purchase ledgers
Competent MS Excel user
Sprachkenntnisse
